Harvette Dixon

Harvette Dixon specializes in the development and retention of experienced, emerging and diverse talent. She helps her clients develop the organizational savvy and advocacy needed to deliver on their goals, manage their careers and successfully navigate through complex matrixed organizations.

Harvette’s portfolio of skills spans a variety of functions and industries including human resources and information technology, and the manufacturing, consulting, engineering and consumer products industries. Harvette spent over twenty years working for PPG Industries, a global coatings company, serving customers in over 60 countries in the industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets. Harvette led the start-up of global talent management, where her primary focus was on developing future leaders. In her role as the global director, organization culture and diversity, she led initiatives to foster an organizational climate where the talents of a broadly diverse workforce are fully utilized.

Harvette is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Chatham University, has an MBA from Duquesne University and holds coaching credentials awarded by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the International Coaching Federation.
