Gail Gloeckl

Gail is a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh. She has a successful career currently with Plus Consulting. She began her career selling staffing services. Eventually working her way into a VP of Sales position. At the age of 48, Gail decided to switch careers to technology consulting services. During which time she has held many position including: Account Executive, Business Development, Community Outreach and Partner Account Manager. Gail attributes her success to good mentors.

Never happy with the status quo, Gail started the Open Door Collaborators Group three years ago, and has expanded membership to over 60 companies. Our members work together to help each other grow their business and careers.

Among Gail’s passions: working to elevate women and appreciating the men who help along the way.

Gail volunteers as Impact Committee Chair for WELD. And is involved with PWA (Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance), Strong Women Strong Girls and RedChair

In her personal life, Gail loves her dogs and supports rescues. Recently adopting a Boxer/ Boston Mix named Hershey, from a Connecticut Rescue. Hershey is a 7 years old male Boxton, who needed an experienced handler. Hershey is now 95% angel 5% devil, and the perfect family dog.
