Eileen Forrester is the CEO of Forrester Leadership Group, focused on strategy and innovation. Previously, she was the director of Training and Certification and the CMMI product manager at the Clearmodel CMMI Institute, a spinout from Carnegie Mellon. Forrester is the lead author of the Addison Wesley book, CMMI for Services, Guidelines for Superior Service and works with organizations across government, academia, and industry. She has more than 40 years of experience in technology, strategic planning, organizational improvement, applied research, and managing product, service, and non-profit organizations.
