Kelly Fetick

Kelly Fetick is the President and Founder of Landis Consulting Group, a specialized IT staffing and recruitment firm in Pittsburgh. Her responsibilities include day-to-day operations and driving the overall strategy and growth. Kelly’s worked in the industry for 15 years and an expert in hiring, attracting and retaining high-tech talent. Prior to Landis, Kelly worked for two of the world’s leading human capital solution providers, Randstad & Allegis Group.

A Pittsburgh native, Kelly’s served on Advanticom’s Advisory Board and the Executive Board for Riverside Women’s Association (RWA). She’s a mentor for IST/Engineering students in Penn State’s GREAT Program and in her spare time enjoys volunteering as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Kelly participated in Pittsburgh’s Emerging Leaders program, an intensive executive-level series for high-potential businesses exhibiting fast growth. Kelly earned Telecommunications & Business degrees at Penn State and lives with her husband, son, and daughter in Oakmont, PA.
