Anupama (anu) jain is the Executive Director of the Pittsburgh Gender Equity Commission; they are also the Principal Consultant for Inclusant diversity & inclusion consulting. anu spent more than a decade in higher education conducting original research, teaching varied topics, and supporting equity initiatives. Since 2012, anu has made use of applied research and evidence-based strategies to offer cross-sector training. Inclusant has designed customized equity interventions for Chatham University, Allegheny Conference on Community Development, The Midwife Center, The Sprout Fund, and Drusky Entertainment, to name a few. In 2017, Inclusant launched CREATING CONFLUENCE, an innovative public program focused on diversity leadership training.
