DESCRIPTION:Overview\nResearch has shown that men tend to achieve better economic results in negotiation than women.  This can impact salary\, rates of promotion\, resources needed to ‘get the job done’\, etc. Redchair is hosting a hands-on negotiation workshop for mid-career female technology professionals to help them use proven negotiation skills and approaches and narrow the gender negotiation gap. \nWhat to expect: This workshop will help participants articulate their value and negotiate effectively. Cohen\, PhD \nAssociate Professor of Organizational Behavior & Theory\,\nTepper School of Business\, Carnegie Mellon University \nTaya R.
